The Wellington Interclub Print Battle is held every year with each of the five Wellington regional clubs taking turns at hosting and setting ten topics.

The topics are announced by the host club at the start of the year giving each club a few months to create the images to best fit the topics!

Within the Porirua Photography Club a sub-committee makes a selection of what they think, will be a best image to put forward for each topic, and represent our club on the night!

The Hutt Camera Club were the hosts of the 2021 battle with Bruce Girdwood as the judge.

Competition was tight with Hutt and Johnsonville clubs taking first place, Kapiti Camera Club (as we were known until this year) sharing second with the Kapiti Coast Photographic Society; and Wellington Photographic Society a close third.

A fun night is had meeting up with friends, and inspirational photography to view.
