Club Meeting. Guest Speaker: Helen Westerbeke – “Real Bees and Hives”

Helen Westerbeke has had a lifelong connection with photography, first studying it at school before putting the camera down for over 20 years while life took her in other directions.
In 2009, she picked it up again—this time in the digital era — and hasn’t looked back. Through workshops, night classes, and camera clubs, Helen rebuilt her skills and developed a daily photography practice.
She now shoots across a range of genres, with a particular passion for nature, creative, and documentary photography, and is a Fellow of the Photographic Society of New Zealand.
